ABOUT OUR PUBLIC COURSES

 

We offer a range of mindfulness trainings in London that are open to anyone - and which you can book from this site. For those who can't easily get to London, we offer one-to-one Distance Learning, either over the phone or by Skype.

 

 

Our most popular course - and a good place to start - is Mindfulness in Eight Weeks. This Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course is an excellent introduction to mindfulness for those who have not practiced it before, as well as for those looking to experience secular mindfulness training for themselves.

 

We also offer an Interpersonal Mindfulness with Positivity course, designed to help you increase your access to positive emotion and to bring that into your relations with others.

 

Whichever course suits you best, we're confident that our teachers are amongst the very best in the field. They're all highly experienced and qualified at least to Masters' Degree level in teaching mindfulness. They are all registered on the UK Listing of Mindfulness Teachers that is run by the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Organisations.
