Megan Reitz is an Associate Professor at Ashridge Business School where she leads The Leadership Experience and Leading on Purpose executive programmes and is director of the school’s open programmes.
Megan has presented her research to audiences throughout the world and is the author of Dialogue in Organizations (Palgrave Macmillan, 2015).
Her groundbreaking global research (with Michael Chaskalson) explores the impact of mindfulness training on key leadership capacities. She is also researching how we silence ourselves and others in organisations, and how people can be encouraged to speak up and offer challenges and ideas.
Before joining Ashridge, Megan was a consultant with Deloitte; surfed the dot-com boom with boo.com; and worked in strategy consulting for The Kalchas Group, now the strategic arm of Computer Science Corporation. She was educated at Cambridge University and has a Ph.D from Cranfield School of Management.
